Sharon Lasonde

Coaches Notes: Sharon came to BeFit in January a little skepticle of the workouts and our program. She had told us that she was nervous about trying all the new things and not knowing what the exercises were. Much to her surprise she was quite good at a lot of the movements. Since January Sharon has progressed tremendously in both her strength and conditioning. She goes into each workout with a great attitude and in her short time with BeFit she has become one of the fittest in our gym!

Why did you join BeFit?: I was looking for a gym that wasn't like your typical one. I saw the Living Social deal and thought it wouldn't hurt to give it a try - glad I did :)
