Benchmark Assessment Workouts

Monthly Benchmark Assessments beginning in October - In an effort to create a tighter feedback loop for your performance in the gym, we'll be designating a strength and a conditioning benchmark that will be tested at the beginning of the month and then again at the end of the month. The Monthly Benchmark Assessment WODs will change each month and will be announced on the blog. The benchmarks will give you a clearer idea of how you're progressing and what areas of fitness you need to continue to improve upon to reach your goals.

That’s what one of my 30 Day Fat Loss participants said to me this morning when I told her the ‘reset meal’ was NOT tomorrow, but rather on Monday. I agree it would be more convenient to have the 'reset meal' on Sunday. After all it's the weekend. It's time to relax, watch football, and hang out with the family. Monday, what's so special about Monday? You're back at work, back to the GRIND and regular routine. Why would you want your 'reset meal' on Monday? That's not as much fun!
