That’s what one of my 30 Day Fat Loss participants said to me this morning when I told her the ‘reset meal’ was NOT tomorrow, but rather on Monday.
I agree it would be more convenient to have the 'reset meal' on Sunday. After all it's the weekend. It's time to relax, watch football, and hang out with the family.
Monday, what's so special about Monday? You're back at work, back to the GRIND and regular routine. Why would you want your 'reset meal' on Monday? That's not as much fun!
